It is a double bedroom with a separate bathroom and balcony area off the bedroom. This area is spacious, bright and private. There is a nice view over the northside of the city from the balcony. The house is situated in a very quiet estate. Parking is available at the house. Use of the kitchen is limited to use of the kettle, toaster, fridge, gas hob and microwave. I do not provide breakfast. My interests are music, reading and watching documentaries. There are no pets in this house. It is a non smoking house! Also a non party house!
