The apartment is situated in Borgo Palazzo (an historic, central and commercial district) in a calm position surrounded by green and composed as follows: Entry through the private garden with fig and khaki trees. The kitchen and living room are 22m2 with French door opening on the garden; the kitchen is complete of refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and gas stove. The living room consists of a comfort sofa bed, lunch table and chairs. The bedroom is around 16 m2 with the garden view.
