YOUR NEW WORLD
The Faisanderie is located in an ornate Haussmann style building in the regal 16th. You'll enter your paradise through a marble columned hallway and then up a short, sweeping staircase to the sumptuous interior.
Inside, the décor and amenities of your living space are the ultimate fusion of royal opulence and 21st century living (fast-access Internet, designer appliances, A/C, and more).
One of the first design "touches" you may notice are the small interior columns, adding a tasteful frame to the dining area, which also features beautiful parquet floors and chandeliers. A blend of modern and traditional art adorns the walls, and the ceiling has a beautifully painted fresco that harkens back strongly to the age of royalty.

Neighborhood
Just 5 minutes from the place de l'Etoile, you are just meters away from Champs-Elysees, the greatest avenue in the world! It is a district where the celebrities of fashion design, painting, cinema and theatre are born.
The avenue des Champs-Elysées is probably the most famous in the world. This impressive promenade stretches from the Place de la Concorde to the Place Charles de Gaulle, the site of the Arc de Triomphe.
At its western end it is bordered by cinemas, theatres, cafés and luxury shops. Near the Place de la Concorde the street passes by Les Jardins des Champs-Elysées, some of the most beautifully arranged gardens in Paris. There are a number of Grand buildings in the area including the Grand Palais on the northern side of the gardens, and the Petit Palais on the southern side. The Champs-Elysées is used for all the major celebrations. This is where Parisians celebrate New Year\'s Eve and where the military parades are held on the 14th of July. Historic national events, like the Liberation at the end of the Second World War or the victory in the World Cup were also held on this famous avenue. |
