The local precinct contains restaurants, shops, and several hotels and is a short walk to the Swan River foreshore The apartment is totally self contained (including linen and towels) with a lagoon style swimming pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi and bar-b-que set in a tropical setting of waterfalls and palm trees. The swimming pool area contains an additional shower, toilet and communal lounge. The accommodation also offers an under-cover, secure car park at no extra charge. The apartment has one queen bed in the master bedroom, and two single beds in each of the other bedrooms, providing generous accommodation for 6 adults but we can put up a folding bed and a cot, if required. All the beds have a doonna with fresh cotton covers which are washed after every guest stay.
