Casa O is a 19th-century, fully restored, stone house with three floors (100 square metres approximately)located in the village of Pascoso (district of Pescaglia, province of Lucca,Tuscany), in the Apuane Park, 2321 feet above sea level. In short, the house is made up of: 1 large kitchen with fireplace, 1 living room (with a sofa bed), 2 bedrooms (1 queen-bed room and 1 twin-bed room), 1 bathroom (shower), and 1 laundry (pantry) room. The front door takes you into the hall, where there are the kitchen (on the left side), the living room (on the right) and the stairs, which leads to the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. The house is nestled on a hill, with three floors on one side and two on the other; therefore at the ground floor there is another room (with independent entrance) which is used for a laundry. From the patio,you can go to the private garden (approximately 100 square metres), where there are a table, chairs, sun-umbrella, and BBQ. The house is fully furnished with all new or antique pieces (Tuscan pieces from the 18th and 19th centuries). Pascoso is a hiker's paradise; however it is not far from the "cities of arts" of Tuscany: Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Siena are 15,30,60 and 95 miles far. Moreover Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio, among the most famous Italian beaches, are 30 miles far. Furthermore, the house is situated under an hours drive from many of Italy’s finest and most picturesque golf courses, such as Golf Alisea - 32km -30 mins (5 holes promotional golf course), Montecatini Golf Club - 37 km -35 mins (18 hole golf course of natural beauty that has been built in the hilly countryside.Golfers are faced with many natural hazards such as lakes, streams, forests, and ditches which are all formed from the natural contours of the land), Club Golf Montelupo - 40 km -40 mins, Tirrenia Golf Club (9 hole), Cosmopolitan Golf & Country Club (18 hole) and Golf Club Fontevivo (18 hole).
