Fully furnished, and set in communal gardens with swimming pool, this quiet residential area is only 2 minutes walk to the beaches, and village of Bolnuevo. There is a private walled patio leading onto the gardens and pool, and a secluded terrace leading off from the master bedroom. This villa will sleep six people in comfort, or 8 using the sofa bed. Generally speaking the property is suitable for disabled clients, but there is a step leading into the villa from the front and rear gardens. The local area boasts blue flag and Q flag beaches, and is popular with divers, and all manner of boating activities such as whale spotting. As well as a wide variety of golden sand and/or rock pool beaches, there is also a nudist beach nearby. The village is nestled directly between the hills and the clear blue sea, with many opportunities for hikiing, cycling, etc. Golfers may enjoy a day at our nearest golf course, Camposol Golf, which is approx 15 minutes drive away. Within the village, a mere 2 mins walk away, are all the amenities you would expect to find in a typical Spanish village - shops, bars, restaurants, and chemist. Just 2 minutes drive away are the bustling towns of Mazarron, and Puerto de Mazarron, with a wider variety of shops restaurants and bars. For a day out to remember, visit the Roman fortress towns of Lorca, or Cartagena, both approx one hours drive.
