We purchased and renovated this studio in the Fall of 2020. The studio is located in Todorini Kuli directly across from the Kempinski Hotel and Gondola station. The kitchen is equipped with a double electric hob, hotel style fridge, microwave, electric kettle, pots, plans, dinnerware, drinkware and cutlery. There is a full bathroom with a shower cabin. The living area has two Ikea "Click Clack" sofa beds. When opened, each sofa bed is 160cm x 200cm so the studio can sleep a total of four people. There is a wardrobe and set of drawers for clothing. You will also have access to a storage room where you can store skis, bikes, luggage, etc. Wi-Fi is free and the connection is good. There is also a Smart TV in the studio. The neighbourhood is in ideal location. You are across the street from the gondola and a 15 minute walk down Pirin Street to the old town. Our studio flat is located in Cedar Lodge IV across from the Gondola Station. It is ideal for a single person or a couple for short and long terms stays. The kitchen has a 2 hob electric stove, hotel refrigerator, electric kettle, and microwave. The couch extends into a bed to sleep two people. There is also a door that opens to the garden area where you can make a BBQ. There is a cable TV and WiFi is free. The building is secure and you will receive an electronic chip for the entrance. There is an elevator in the building, but our flat is on the ground floor so you won't need it. There is also a yoga studio that also offers massages. It is located at the end of our hall and works all year. The European restaurant, "Five Points", is located next to the lobby and is open in the winter. Our flat is available all year. Cedar Lodge IV is located across from the gondola station. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, Smart TV, heating, air conditioning, and racelette set. The Ikea couch in the living room extends to sleep 2 people. Five Points restaurant is located adjacent to the lobby and can deliver breakfast, lunch, and dinner to the apartment.
