New Central Apartment
Elegant apartment in Tel Aviv
This sleek and modern apartment is one of those real city finds that allows you to make the most of the cosmopolitan city life as well as the beach mentality. Just moments from Tel Aviv’s long stretch of sand, this home sits in the creative Nachalat Binyamin neighbourhood, where you can find markets of artisanal objects, eclectic eateries and energetic coffee shops. Inside, you’ll find a contemporary and light-filled space that’s perfect for relaxing in – start your day on the balcony with a shakshouka breakfast before heading out to Jerusalem Beach for a day in the cooling waters. When you return, you’ll love refreshing under the rain shower and sharing a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the vibrant streets below. We expect you’ll want to make the most of your location and seek out an authentic restaurant serving up charcoaled meats and silky hummus, but if you feel like staying in, the slick kitchen is set up for preparing fea...
Halcyon Horizon
Once Upon A Canyon
Hypnotic comes with absolutely outstanding views of Tel Aviv. Located on the tenth floor, it’s impossible not to be mesmerised by the ever-changing cityscape (t's even better in person!). While the immediate area isn’t the most lively, you’re within walking distance to both Neve Tzedek and Levinsky Market. We know it's small, but that doesn’t mean that it’s not a comfortable base. We also like how modern it is – and also how both the living room and bedroom are flooded with natural light. *The decor is slightly lacking in character*When we visited, we couldn’t locate a mattress protector*The bathroom was a little tired-looking – the grouting, in particular, could do with a loving hand Air ConditioningBalconyBathtubBuzzer / Wireless IntercomCentral HeatingDishwasherHair DryerIronIroning BoardKitchenLift AccessMicrowaveMultiple Sets of KeysTVWashing MachineWi-fi...

Located in a renovated Bauhaus building, Romeo’s exteriors are striking and very typical of this part of Tel Aviv. Even though you’re far from the beach according to Tel Aviv standards, there’s still lots going on in the immediate neighbourhood. The interiors aren’t show-stopping, but the kitchen is modern and we love the delicate wooden features in the living room. * The design is on the simple side – if you're looking for somewhere with lots of character, you should look elsewhere* There’s no dining table separate to the breakfast bar in the kitchen* Even though there are two bedrooms, the host has requested that only two guests stay at this home – either two in the master bedroom or one in each bedroom* The wifi isn’t as fast as we would like it to be* There’s no in-person check-in* There are two mini fridges in the kitchen instead of one tall fridge Air ConditioningBalconyBuzzer / Wireless IntercomCarbon Monoxide DetectorCentral H...

Is It 'Cos I'm Cool?
This sleek and contemporary getaway is minimalist yet snug. We love the golden balcony with its squishy cream beanbags, the perfect spot to hear the city wake up, whilst overlooking the calmness of the ocean. It really is a dreamy social setting. The charcoal grey furnishings throughout cool the feel of this modern home where the spacious rooms are flooded with natural light. An urban gem in the heart of Israeli culture – calming blue waters meet an affluent, spellbinding city. With such a lovely location, you may find yourself not wanting to leave. The chic ambience of this space is designed to mirror hotel luxury – white, crisp bed linen and calming rainfall showers which can be enjoyed after a morning doing laps in your complex pool. If the sun’s rays become too much, you can retreat to your open and airy kitchen, living and dining area, beautifully put together for a sociable lunch with family or friends. When it’s time to dip your ...

Modern Edges
Yes, it’s small, but En Route is also pleasant. Located right on Nachalat Binyamin, you’re never too far away from one of Tel Aviv’s most charming markets. The Spanish-style tile backsplash in the kitchen is very striking and we also love the bright balcony for two. Although the kitchen is a bit cramped and on the basic side, there are plenty of restaurants right on your doorstep, so you’re not going to want to cook at home anyway. * It doesn’t look like the host is a big reader - there are no bedside tables or reading lights* There’s no dishwasher - time to roll up your sleeves* Guest 3 would be on a sofa bed in the living room* There’s only space for two people on the balcony* The kitchen’s a bit cramped* There’s currently no in-person check-in - don’t expect a local tour guide upon arrival Air ConditioningBalconyBlack-Out BlindsBuzzer / Wireless IntercomCarbon Monoxide DetectorCentral HeatingCoffee MakerCooking EssentialsCot / Crib...
