This sleek and modern apartment is one of those real city finds that allows you to make the most of the cosmopolitan city life as well as the beach mentality. Just moments from Tel Aviv’s long stretch of sand, this home sits in the creative Nachalat Binyamin neighbourhood, where you can find markets of artisanal objects, eclectic eateries and energetic coffee shops. Inside, you’ll find a contemporary and light-filled space that’s perfect for relaxing in – start your day on the balcony with a shakshouka breakfast before heading out to Jerusalem Beach for a day in the cooling waters. When you return, you’ll love refreshing under the rain shower and sharing a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the vibrant streets below. Situated in the Old North, Granatum places you within the vicinity of exclusive restaurants, cherished bakeries, and the Marina of Tel Aviv. The immediate area is a bit fancier than your regular residential street, but it’s still bustling. A modern home through and through, it’s designed for a hassle-free stay. It also comes with two bathrooms for four guests, which is always ideal. *We couldn’t find a home manual – you may have to ask for help on how to use the appliances*Even though there’s a lift, you still have to climb a few steps to reach the front door*Aside from the TV, there aren’t really any entertainment options*The wifi was a bit slow*There’s no window in bathroom two, so there’s a lack of natural ventilation*Both of the beds are on the narrower side Air ConditioningBalconyBuzzer / Wireless IntercomCentral HeatingCooking EssentialsDishwasherDryerFreezerFridgeHair DryerHangersIronIroning BoardKitchenLift AccessMicrowaveMult...
Cinematic is one of a kind. An industrial-style loft in the heart of Ajami, every corner is curated down to the smallest detail. We love the abundance of pop culture-themed items, along with the quirky pieces of furniture (the shark chair is definitely our favourite). Designed for having a good time, it also boasts a rooftop terrace with the most incredible views of the sea. If you don’t feel like spending all of your time at home (we wouldn’t judge you if you did), you’re a short walk from Old Jaffa, with its many bakeries, restaurants, and coffee shops. *We noticed some risqué art when we visited*Be prepared for some up and down – it’s split across four floors*The home manual was only available in French*Bedroom five is best suited for children – it’s not possible to stand up straight as the ceilings are very low (140cm)*It’s a lived-in home – expect to find some of the host’s belongings throughout the home Air ConditioningBalconyBa...

A bohemian oasis close to the sea, this home brings together a variety of influences from all over the world to make something new. Set in a historic villa, it packs multiple levels, all with an abundance of character. Some of the furniture is vintage, while other things are new – all in all, it just feels like it's got soul. We can see the love that's gone into this place – we especially adore the quirky touches, such as the traffic lights in the bathroom. The views are pretty special too of the sea and Tel Aviv. There are three outdoor spaces (yes, you did read that right) to choose from. Our favourite though has to be the roof terrace with its day bed – it's the perfect place to watch the sunset or have a few glasses of wine. Inside, huge arched windows allow the light to flood in, making the living space a lovely place to unwind. This home has a lot to offer, but don't forget to take advantage of the nearby area as well – Old Jaffa,...

There's only one place to start with this apartment in the Ajami neighbourhood of Tel Aviv and that's the glorious seafront balcony. As well as looking out from the building's top floor to mesmerising views of endless blue, there's plenty to keep you entertained up there, from the inflatable hot tub and hammock to the barbecue and alfresco dining set-up. You'll also find yoga mats, surfboards and beach equipment that guests are free to borrow. Back inside, there are billowing white curtains that keep up the seaside feeling, as well as the host's impressive collection of sculptures from Indonesia and Africa. When you fancy getting closer to the Mediterranean Sea, Givat Aliya Beach takes less than five minutes to reach on foot. You can also walk along the coast to reach the Old Town in around twenty-five minutes, too. *It sleeps five guests, but one of them would be on a sofa bed separated from the rest of the living space by a shelf uni...
