Casa da Eira is a renovated rustic stone house. The decoration combines traditional and modern elements, creating a cosy and comfortable atmosphere.
It`s located in a quiet area, about 3 km from the centre of Ovar.
The house has two floors: downstairs is an open space with a kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, including crockery, coffee machines, and a dishwasher.
And upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm double bed and the other with a 140 cm double bed, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The two rooms are separated by a wooden sliding wall/door, which can be opened or closed as desired.
Outside, there is a garden with a barbecue, swimming pool, and a covered outdoor area next to the house.
The pool is bean-shaped, about 8m long and 1.5m deep, with a shallow section of about 15 cm.
There is also an open and covered porch, within the property, for vehicles.
Note: A train line runs relatively close to the house. In the garden, you may occasionally hear a train passing. Inside, the double-glazed windows keep the noise very soft and hardly noticeable.
The house, garden and pool are for exclusive use. Casa da Eira is located within a private family property, which also includes my parents` home and my mother`s painting studio both with some visibility over the outdoor area.
