The apartment is located on the main street of Torrent with shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, terraces, buses and metro (direct connection to all of valencia.) within walking distance. In other words a real prime location!

The room is completely new with a 140 cm by 200 cm bed and a 24 cm thick mattress. Bedding are (pillows, sheets, mattress protector and a 4 seasons comforter) included. closet, desk, chair, desk lamp and a drawer unit with storage space, a three-drawer block, fan, window with curtains, shutters and mosquito net. Each room has its own harmonica laundry rack on the outside of the window.

The completely new kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave with grill function, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board with iron, vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, kettle and electric grill-toaster.

The apartment has one bathroom with shower, toilet and sink (with base cabinet). And one toilet with sink (with base cabinet) and bidet. Both areas are shared with the co-residents. Each of them gets their own set of towels.
