It is a square type room, with a kind of open walk in closet in one corner, a standing window. This room is located overlooking a beautiful garden from the neighbours across the street. Because of the heights of the ceiling, this room is best for persons up til 1.70 m. The furniture on the pictures is not included, it is just meant to give you an impression.

In the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms\showers\toilets, a nice terrace to have your grillparties. There is a bicycle shed that can be locked to park your bicycle safely.

Shops are closeby at 300 m, trainstation to Enschede only 3 min by bike (600 m).
