Family home near the beach in a up and coming thriving-town and community. We have a cat,Metallica and a small dog,Oscar. Our home has two bedrooms and children are now grown up and have moved on. It is well ventilated and the fire place heats the whole house in the winter. The twin garage is able to house two cars, which makes one side empty if you have a vehicle. We have a carport as well. The deck is large and may be used for sunbathing or just a hot breakfast area in the winter. It takes you 5 minutes to walk to the beach and experience the tranquility of the waves and gulls flying around. The township is a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes drive and is accommodating and meets everyone's need. We have clinic for those who may need one. Our town is the main hub for farmers and other small town community members to come and shop. We can drive you into our neighboring town Waikanea and then you can catch a commuter train into the city, Wellington. Wellington is the capital City of New Zealand. On the other hand you can catch a bus into Palmerston North or head North for two nights. We are in the center for most things, natural or technological/simple or advance. Whatever, arouses your curiosity we will look for it and accommodate you.
