Property

This newly renovated 1 bedroom loft apartment (sleeps 2) has everything you need for a comfortable stay: table with 2 chairs for dining or working, couch with side tables and a private terrace with a table and chairs for 6.

The kitchen is well-designed and large enough to cook in comfortably but there are also tons of dining options right out your front door so lots of choices!

And this apartment is located less than 10 minutes from Sapienza University so if you're coming to study, you can't get much closer.

Neighbourhood

The neighborhood (or ‘quartiere’) is called San Lorenzo. It includes the ancient basilica of San Lorenzo fuori le Mura, from which the district takes its name. Today San Lorenzo, due to the vicinity of the La Sapienza University, is increasingly assuming the character of a student and young artist district. Pizzerias, bookshops, boutiques and other more modern places are being added to the old popular workshops and small markets.
