One Apartment is one of three spaces that make up the PDL Central Apartments, a beautiful building located in one of the most central streets of Ponta Delgada. It is a very comfortable and cozy apartment, ideal for two people, and has everything necessary to make guests feel comfortable and at home. It consists on a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a small patio.





It is located on the ground floor. Access to the apartment is exclusive to guests. The front door is common for all three apartments.

Please do not smoke indoors. There is a patio where you can be more comfortable to smoke.
