Our Villa is 4 years old and we have been renting long and short term. It has been a Superhost selection for both Airbnb and Booking with a 5 star ranking. We are will be renting for long term (a year at a time) in 2022 and beyond. It is near Punta del Este Uruguay, the top vacation spot in S. America. It's in a private and quiet neighborhood close to beaches, airport, beautiful lake, shopping and the vacation city of Punta del Este with shopping mall and stores all within 10-15 minutes.
