About this accommodation
Magnificent duplex penthouse (150 m2) for 1-2 families (max 6 people) with a beautiful 55 m2 terrace on the roof and a parking space in the complex’s underground parking.
This modern and spacious penthouse has everything necessary for the upper class staying in Berlin. Designer furniture and interior decoration in every detail creates an amazing atmosphere for an excellent break in the German capital.
On the first floor of the penthouse there are three comfortable stylish bedrooms, two of which have full width beds, and one of them is a comfortable sofa bed. In one of the bedrooms you will find a large bathroom where you will find everything you need including a bath, an Italian shower, a separate toilet and a dressing room.
The other two bedrooms also feature a separate Italian-style shower, a toilet and a large closet for your belongings.
On the second floor of the penthouse there is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, wine cabinet and much more), a dining area and a spacious hall with a fireplace that will create coziness during your stay in Berlin.
We love coffee, and treat all guests to your favorite drink: you always have coffee beans at your disposal.
On the roof of the house you will find a huge stunning terrace with soft furnishings and everything you need for dinner under the open sky with a view of Berlin's main attraction, the television tower on Alexanderplatz.
The house is located in a unique location, closed to non-residents of Marthashof residential complex and with a wonderful garden, where there are hammocks and a playground for children.
Available to guests
The whole apartment with a terrace and underground parking is at your disposal. For your convenience in the apartment you will also find a printer, wireless music speakers, electrical adapters and high-speed internet.
If you come with children, we will gladly provide you with a stroller, a high chair, a crib and children's toys.
In the wine cabinet we offer you several excellent drinks that you can enjoy either for free or at an additional cost (depending on the drink) at the price of the store.
In the hall on the second floor you can find some wonderful books about Berlin and books in different languages and of different genres.
Communicating with guests
We are always happy to help you and answer and related questions regarding living in the apartment in English, French, German, Spanish and Russian. We are happy to share our knowledge about the cultural life of the capital of Germany.
Prenzlauer Berg - this is one of the most advanced districts of Berlin. Here you will find all the trendiest boutiques and shops, a large number of cafes and quiet small parks across the road. Entertainment and interesting places are found for the different generations.
This area is the center of start-ups: there are numerous conferences on modern technologies.
Prenzlauer Berg is one of the most historic centers of Berlin: a 5-minute walk from the apartment is the Mauerpark, where the Berlin Wall was, and the Bernauer Strasse, along which this wall passed. Now in this place you can visit numerous art exhibitions. Trams run from anywhere in Berlin and the cleanliness and facades of the buildings create a fully-fledged spirit of Berlin.
You will find two places for your cars in our garage.
It takes only 25 minutes to the international airport Tegel (taxi costs about 25 euro) or 35 minutes to airport Schönefeld (50 euro taxi costs).
The Berlin Main Station - Hauptbahnhof can be reached in 10 minutes by car (10 EUR taxi costs).
There are also several metro stations close to the flat. You can reach any metro station under 10 minutes of walking.
To get to Alexanderplatz by feet will take you not more than 15 minutes or to Hackescher Markt around 10 minutes.
Other important details
Within walking distance from the apartment you will find a large grocery supermarket, many cozy cafes and restaurants. In the guide to our apartment you will find a list of places of worship to visit Berlin, as well as the most delicious parts of the capital.
Please pay attention to the absolute prohibition of smoking in the flat. In case of finding some smoke traces in the apartment we will be forced to retain your deposit.
