This fabulous 3 bed, 2 bath ground floor apartment not only offers Wi-Fi internet access, full air conditioning, UK TV and real home from home living, but it also has the advantage of being adjacent to the communal pool. This means that it´s just perfect for keeping an eye on those that need to be kept an eye upon! The apartment is situated in a lovely position within the Mojon Hills development and, being ground floor, has the advantage of having stair free access.
The apartment itself features a spacious open plan lounge / diner with all modern equipment such as Hi-Fi music Centre, DVD Player (with a wide selection of DVD´s), wide screen TV (With channels from the UK) and 2 comfortable sofas. The fully fitted kitchen, situated to one side of the main living room, is bursting with all modern equipment including a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge freezer, oven with electric hob and an extractor fan.
Leading from the main room via a small hallway are 2 family bedrooms. Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom whilst bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. A family bathroom which features a large walk in shower, toilet and wash basin is also located here. Also accessed from the small hallway is the Master Bedroom Suite. This gorgeous separate area features not only a lovely bedroom which has an ultra-sumptuous double bed, bed side tables with lamps as well as a fully fitted wardrobe but you also get your own dedicated en-suite bathroom which has luxuries such as a full length bath (with a shower over the top), a toilet and a wash basin.
Being Spain outside is where you´ll spend most of your time and the outside space created by the apartment owners is just as fabulous as the inside. Accessed via patio doors from the main lounge room of the apartment the large covered terrace, affording opportunity for some sun shade if required, this space is perfect for relaxing on the sumptious rattan style furniture. A four place outside dining table set can also be found here, perfect for a spot of al fresco dining. Beyond the terrace is a tiled, easy care courtyard garden. Both the terrace and the courtyard garden enjoy splendid views over the communal landscaped pool area.
Mojon Hills, located in the traditional fishing village of Isla Plana, is a favourite destination. The village not only offers a long unspoilt beach, but a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Located in the next village, La Azohia, are several scuba diving schools as the area is an underwater paradise. A short car journey brings you to Puerto de Mazarrón, the largest town in the immediate area. Here can be found yet more stunning beaches, a huge selection of restaurants from many corners of the World, several lively bars, a stunning marina as well as many large chain supermarkets and banks.
Getting here is easy too with Murcia airport 45 minutes away and Alicante around 70 minutes away. Within a 30 minute radius a variety of golf courses makes this an ideal destination whatever the time of year!
The apartment is well priced at just €550 per month plus bills (subject to a minimum 6 month contract). Some pets are allowed but please contact us for approval!
Please note that upon arrival at the apartment for your stay €80 is due for the cleaning.
