The NERJA RESIDENCE is a 2 bedroom apartment (65m2), new on the market, located in the Centre of Nerja, very close to the main regional/local bus stop, It is a short walking distance to the Balcony of Europe and most beaches. Main Shopping street, bars, restaurants are all nearby. Easy bus connection with short drive to famous Nerja caves
The popular Mountain village Frigiliana can be reached in 10-15 minutes

This is a cozy apartment with a modern look. The lounge has comfortable seating, a flat screen tv (Spanish and Internet connection), free WiFi. It has a combined dining/kitchen with stove, oven, fridge,microwave. There is the main bedroom with a balcony, a 2nd bedroom, a bathroom with overhead shower and toilet. A washing machine in annexe of the kitchen. It has air conditioning (heating and cooling) in all rooms. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has easy access to the community terrace, with panoramic views of the old town,the surrounding mountains and the sea.

A public pay parking area within 5 minutes walk, Behind the Mercadona Supermarket (2minutes walk) there is a large free parking area

Not suitable for people who have problems with walking stairs.


House rules:
This is an apartment block with also permanent residents
The Guests can enjoy their time in such a way that the 3(couples) other block residents (English, Spanish, Swedish) will be happy with them as well.
Sorry no pets,
No parties (unless agreed with all 3 neighbours and owner)
No disturbance for other residents
Smoking only in dining/kitchen
A refundable deposit of € 100 for breakage/ (break and you pay)
Winter rental own cleaning and washing
When leaving have apartment as clean a you found it (there will be a charge for costs of extra stains or extra
cleaning if required)
