Comfortable 3 Bedroomed Hillside Villa with fantastic Ibiza island views.
The villa is situated on the side of a hill surrounded by pine trees. It overlooks Santa Eulalia and the countryside of Ibiza. It is only a short drive from Santa Eulalia where you can find numerous restaurants, bars, beaches and water sports. It is also possible to walk within 30 minutes but the hill is quite high. It is fully equipped and you will find all you need to have a relaxing and peaceful holiday.
There are 3 good sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is also a guests cloakroom off the living room, which is large bright and comfortable.
The plunge pool (summer months only) is on the roof terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy the fabulous views across Ibiza. Also here is an outside shower.
Off the kitchen, there is a garden terrace where you can enjoy eating under the stars.
For your security, the property is fully alarmed.
We do not accept holiday rentals.

The villa is on a hill and there are a lot of stairs. all bedrooms are accessed via steps. if this isn't a problem we obviously welcome ALL guests.

May to October (6 months) €40.000 this property is not a tourist property. We only accept business or long term rentals.
Also available in winter months at a reduced rate.
