A brand new, fully furnished, 3 bedroom apartment. This apartment is in an excellent location on the prestigious Mojon Hills development on the edge of Isla Plana village. On a córner plot, from the private rooftop solarium you can see for miles - Mediterranean sea in front and the mountains behind, and as it's East facing you can have watch the sunrise from the breakfast terrace. Furnished to a very high standard, the apartment also has enoff road parking, and a glorious communal pool and gardens. Isla Plana village and the sea are only 5 minutes walk away - Isla Plana is well worth a look, it's a charming typical Spanish village, full of character, and incidentally has one of the best restuarants for miles around. From here, it's only 5 minutes drive to the busier town of Puerto de Mazarron, and from there it's about 30 minutes drive to the historic port of Cartagena, and the fortress town of Lorca. Both absolutely packed with history, and things to see. For the shopaholics, you must try the shopping you centre AT Cartagena and Murcia, and for the golfers our nearest course is approx 20 minutes drive. For our long term guests, internet and landline telephone can be arranged too, just ask us!
