Top of house on the outskirts of a quiet village, just south of the dordogne, south west France. Furnished,
3 double bedrooms, with 1 double bed, 2 3 ft single beds so good for adults or children

Kitchen with oven gas bottle,fridge small frozen compartment.
lounge diner, wood burner, we use twigs & branches from the garden to burn, dining table will sit 10, large tv satalite English channels.
Whole garden is 3/4 acre, you have access to Front, side & half of rear garden, sit down lawn mower may be used if you cut remaining garden when owner not on site.
We want to keep the bottom of the house, so we have somewhere to stay when we visit France, currently up to 6 weeks of the year,
ideally grass would need to be cut once a month from March to October
Ideal for someone considering a move to France but waiting for brexit before committing.

We will pay taxes froncier , we will negotiate habitation taxes currently £75 euros a month, you will need to pay electricity, water, WiFi, Oil for central heating and gas bottle replacement, obviously we will negotiate water, electric , for the time we spend in France.
You will have access to downstairs as the oil tank, water stop cock & electric panel are accessed downstairs.
If you don't want to use the bidet, we could install a washing machine so you have access to washing machine all year round , it's a large bathroom.
Fruit trees plum, pear, Apple, peach, apricot my favourite figs. Walnut trees, & grape vine
The community centre sits behind the house, local events take place, one other neighbour to left.
2 hours from Atlantic coast - Bordeaux,
3 hours from pyrennes,
3.5 hours away from narbonne on the mediterranean coast.
Nearest shop 3k nice walk.to Tournon d agenais
Supermarkets in nearby montyral and fumel 10/ 15 mins drive. Plenty of other shops,

A beautiful place to sit back & watch the world go by, dairy farm across the fields, you can sometimes hear faint mooing as they lock them away for the nght, farmland in front of the house on occasion, we enjoy watching the farmers prepare the land, & harvest.
Community centre sits behind the house, we have a bird's eye view when they let off display fireworks, there's a basket ball pitch & we enjoy watching locals get together & play boules, the children from the local School can be heard sometimes. When they are playing out.
Peaceful quiet location, very few people will walk past the house, a few communters on the way to & from work, what traffic there is, mostly local farm traffic, all very friendly give a little wave.lots of markets on different days in different villages in local area
