The Brittany Mill House

Comprehensive kitchen equipment and appliances. There is an extensive and secure cellar area for garden equipment, bikes, tools, wine etc.
Outside Amenities: The property is set in a secluded private position off a little used lane. Parking area and car park straight off the road. Extensive lawns and flower beds, BBQ area and courtyard table, umbrellas & chairs. mature grounds with lovely shrubs and fruit trees (apples, cherries, pears & plums) During the summer months a gardener comes to cut the grass and trim the borders. Safe for children and pets. The old mill stream runs past the property. The mill path is accessed through a gate. A two storey outbuilding has recently been converted into a games room (Pool, Table football, Darts etc) and on the first floor is an area suitable for an office or studio. There are cycles available.
Surrounding Area: The property has approx 10 acres of land attached, most of which is used by the local farmer for grazing and corn. There is extensive woodland (for firewood), meadows and pastures which belong to the Mill House. The local village is Plenee- Jugon where there are all services including banks, boulangerie, schools , medical facilities, garages, supermarket, banks etc. The nearest town is Jugon Les Lacs where there are restaurants, a market, waterspouts, fishing etc. The nearest large towns are Lamballe (15mins) and Dinan (30 mins) The Brittany coast is less than an hour away, as is the airport at Dinard and the ferry port at St Malo.

Property is available for minimum 3 month rental. Rates and arrangements are negotiable. Please contact owner in the first instance with details of your requirements and intentions. Tenants pay for electricity, internet/telephone and water charges .
Long term rental - rentals are available from 1 to 6 months. Rates are negotiable and dependant on season, services are paid by tenants (electricity, water, internet)
