A beautiful house of Italian Architecture.

The house is located on the most prestigious and accessible area of Kos Town.
Living in this quiet area, you have the unique opportunity to be close to the sea and into the city center at the same time. 50m from our house, on Vasileos Georgiou V' Str. you have access to one of the finest beaches in Kos Town.
Built-in stone in 1950 this mid- 20th-century house has its roots in Italian architecture. We renovated the space in 2019 without sacrificing its original style.
The house has three air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom and the middle bedroom have attached bathrooms. The third bath is located next to the third bedroom. The kitchen is 30sq.m and is fully equipped. All the furniture in the kitchen is handmade by traditional greek pelicans, monastery style dining table which accommodates eight persons and a wooden bar with four stools.
Also, there is a dining area for four persons in the main living room with a crystal Rotonda table.

Our guests may enjoy satellite TV and DVD player in the living room. The whole house has free wi-fi access.
During wintertime, the house is fully heated by autonomous central heating.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden where our guests can relax.
Grace's Home is an all-season ideal house for families with children, yachters who want to spend a few days on the island and people who are looking for a relaxing with privacy. We love this house because it is a home that embraces you as soon as you get into it.

Surroundings
Along Vasileos Georgiou V str. there are many Restaurants, all-day cafe, mini markets, pharmacies, Tourist agencies, car/moto, and bicycle rentals are only 50m away. If you don't want to rent a car or a bicycle you can spend your entire getting around on foot or by bus. On 6 Vasileos Georgiou V' str. there is a "municipal transportation" bus stop, and 350m from the house (4min on foot) at Akti Miaouli, there is the starting point for all the buses of urban transportation.

1. Kos International Airport "Ippokratis" is 23.7km from the house and 25 min by car.
2. Kos Harbor is 800m from the house (2min by car/10 min on foot) if you are arriving from
Piraeus Port or another island or Turkey.
3. Akti Miaouli, where the daily excursions boats are situated, is 700m from the house, 2 min by car, 9 min on foot. If you are a yachter staying in our house, Kos Marina is only 800m
away (2 min by car/10min on foot). There is street parking available around the house.
