Secluded country villa with breath-taking sea views within easy access of a vibrant historic town
A spacious and private single-storey villa that overlooks one of the stunning crystal blue bays of Cefalù, the Fortress and Temple of Diana, and the
western Aeolian islands, Alicudi, Filicudi and Salina. The villa is surrounded by mountainous countryside, sitting below a medieval monastery. You can enjoy an aperitif on the terrazza or simply wander down to the tranquil garden where there are several fruit trees and herbs, available for your use. At only 150 metres above the beach, nightime serenades are provided by the gently lapping sea. Whilst the villa has no pool there are many diverse beaches along the coast, but it is advisable to have transport as the driveway is long and very steep. There are two buses each day that pass along the coast road.
The villa is equipped with all comforts such as wifi, air-conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher and other kitchen appliances such as a toaster and kettle. Composed of two bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining area, two bathrooms, outdoor shower and stunning terrazza with seating area, cantina, pizza oven and barbecue. The water is not potable so must be purchased in bottle form. Please note that you will be responsible for separating your rubbish and taking it to the rubbish disposal site.
The villa can sleep up to six persons, with a spacious king-size bed in the main bedroom, two single beds in the second, and a sofa-bed in the living room that converts into a further two separate single beds.
The villa is 3.8km from the historic centre of Cefalù, a vibrant town boasting Sicily’s unique history, a magnificant Duomo, restaurants, shops, cultural activities and much more. There are many boat excursions available from the local Marina to the Aeolian Islands, with fishing trips, scuba diving and snorkelling. Excursions to Mount Etna, Agrigento, Siracuse and many other places of interest are also available from Cefalu.

Payment terms:
30% bank deposit on booking and 70% paid upon arrival.
Cancellation:
45 days or more prior to arrival - full refund of deposit paid on booking.
For cancellation less than 45 days prior to arrival - no refund wil be paid.
Check-in between 3pm and 8pm. Check-out by 11am.
Damage deposit on arrival €200 cash.
Standard cleaning/disinfection charge upon vacating the property €150 cash, but should you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged.
Well behaved pets are welcome, however there will be an extra charge depending on quantity/animal type, which will be agreed upon prior to
your booking.
It is preferable that clients aim to arrive during daylight hours as the villa can be difficult to find; therefore we can also provide a 'meet & greet' service whereby you will be escorted from a point in Cefalù to the villa. The villa has parking for two vehicles but parking can be arranged for an additional vehicle by arrangement.
Beach towels are provided.
