Our property is unfurnished, if you are ready to settle down in Merida this is a perfect house at a perfect location for you.
We recently renovated the whole house according to our taste, we hope you will like it .

*1 garage by the entrance of the house
We would like to emphasize that everything is absolutely new in the house including the painting the electricity and plumbing with a good water source.
All the windows and doors are protected by rails however this district is a very friendly area of the city.
The district of Miguel Aleman is famous for its vibe, great activities all week long, great restaurants close to the house and shopping opportunities. As well it is very close to the city about 5 minutes ride to downtown. The closest beach is 36km from the house and the Mayan cities are all over the Peninsula.
The street is very quiet, the police station is at the end of the street. All that you need for an enjoyable stay.
Nearest Airports: MID, 10 km
We are looking for someone to rent the property for a year. The minimum deposit would be 2 months payment in advance and the contract fee would be equal to the amount of a month of rental. In our case would be 3X290USD.
Our property is available starting from March 2020, and the contract will be renewable yearly.
