Luxury 3 bed, 2 bathroomed villa in a beautiful part of the Algarve. Very quite and peaceful position yet only 20 minutes walk to Carvoeiro and ten minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Centians. The 3 bedrooms and lounge have sliding doors which lead out onto the terraces and pool areas ,and have far reaching sea views. There are seating areas here where you can sit and have breakfast lunch or dinner, or just lounge in the sun. The villa is furnished to a high standard and is a home from home.
Winter in the Algarve is like summer in the UK, we have spent many a Christmas sitting and having dinner in the sun on the patio. So what are you waiting for ???

Lounge..
The lounge has 2 seating areas,
The snug area has a log fire with plenty of logs for your use on the chillier evenings. There are 2 Leather sofas and coffee table. There is a 32" satellite tv with SKY and freeview channels. Nice relaxing area to just sit relax and enjoy in the evenings.
At the other end of the lounge is a nice social area, again with 2 sofas and single settee. There is access through a set of patio doors to the outside seating and area. There is a table and 6 chairs, for alfresco dinning. This area sits just above the pool and has far reaching sea views.

Dinning room.
The dinning area sits adjacent to the lounge and has a 6 seater light oak table and chairs. There are set of patio doors that lead to an inner courtyard with barbecue and seating area. A stairway leads up to a roof terrace which has beautiful far reaching sea views..

Kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee percolator/capsule, juicer, and all mod cons you would expect.

Utility.
The utility area is just outside the kitchen door in a courtyard where the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are situated.


Bedrooms.
Master bedroom
King size bed with leather headboard and base.
2 x oak cupboards either side of bed.
Large oak cupboard with draws.
Long run of wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and draws.. ( safe fitted within )
Door leading to ensuite,
Bath with mixer tap and hair wash shower fitment,
2 x vanity basins with large mirrors above,
Separate walk in shower.

Bedroom 2.
Double bed.
2 x cupboards either side of bed.

Main bathroom,
Both bedroom 2 and 3 share this bathroom, which has the same facilities as the ensuite.


Gardens.
The beautiful sub tropical gardens surround the property, and have orange and fig trees, depending on time of year, if in fruit you are most welcome to help yourself. The gardener comes once a week to maintain to a high standard.

Swimming pool.
The pool is a large 10m x 5m and can be heated if required. There is a cover, which we recommend is used to retain the temperature.

Barbecue,s.
There are 2 barbecue areas, one adjacent to swimming pool and one in inner courtyard. These both have seating areas.

Maids.
Maid service once a week included.
