Only winter rental available. This lovely country property is located just less than 5 minutes drive from the white village of Torrox. Due to its great access and proximity to the village it can be ideal to enjoy a relaxing and tranquil vacation. Interior accommodation comprises a living room area with open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning installed. The property also offers a lot of outdoor space, with a semi covered terrace where we find a small outdoor kitchen with barbecue and wood-fired oven. This area is perfect to relax during the beautiful summer evenings while we admire the breathtaking views towards the mountains, the town of Torrox and the Mediterranean Sea. From this top terrace, a flight of stairs takes us down to the swimming pool area, where we also have space to relax on the sun loungers while enjoying the lovely climate that this place has to offer. The village is less than 5 minutes away in car or even within walking distance from the property and the access to the house is through a good concreted road. There is space to park your car. It is available for rent all year round, both in the winter months and for holidays in the summer months. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information!
