Modern 3 bedroom Villa in Cabarete 5 minutes walk to the beach $2,200 per month in a Gated Community
This is a newly built modern style villa in Cabarete, Dominican Republic. It is located in a gated community and it's about a 5 minute walk to Kite Beach. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. The first guest room has a queen bed and the second guest room has a bunk style bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. All rooms have air-conditioners and ceiling fans. All windows and patio doors have electric security shutters as well as screens on all doors and windows. There is a pool and patio in the backyard with hammock chairs and other patio furniture. The yard and the pool are cleaned 3 times a week and house sits on a 10,000 sq ft lot. The neighborhood is quiet with very friendly neighbors.
The villa is completely furnished. There is a large TV in the living room, a refrigerator, coffee pot, a stove/oven, microwave, a washer and dryer combo, and all the cooking utensils you might need. There is space for parking two cars in front and a large sliding security gate. Gardening and pool services as well all utilities are included in the price of the rental. The drive to downtown Cabarete is about 6 minutes and 3 supermarkets are located in the Cabarete-Sosua area. The drive to Puerto Plata airport is about 30 minutes and to Santiago Airport is about 2 hours. Cabarete is a very international town with residents from all over the world as well as a pretty friendly Dominican population. There are 5 beaches within a 15 minute drive from the community and numerous sport and nature activities available in the area. There are also many excellent restaurants for dining out.
The main restrictions for the property are no pets and no smoking inside. The villa is available for rental for a minimum of 30 days. Longer stays can easily be negotiated. The villa is usually occupied from December to March by the owner but that period is also negotiable. We have build a house that is comfortable and secure.
