Excellent and clean apartment with a large terrace and sea views, where you can spend a pleasant stay, having breakfast with its wonderful views.
It is located in a private area, with accessibility ramps, with two separate saltwater pools, OPEN all year round, one of them for children to enjoy quietly and not worry, and to be able to enjoy the good climate of the area. It has a free parking space in the same building, with access to the apartment by elevator, facilitating your arrival.
Very bright south-facing apartment, it has a large bedroom with a comfortable 135cm double bed, with two high pillows and two low pillows, so you can enjoy a pleasant and restful sleep, with access to the terrace and sea views. A large living room with a 135cm sofa bed with access to a terrace and sea views. It has two dining tables, one inside the living room and the other on the terrace, to enjoy the good weather both in winter and summer and a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook without missing anything.
It is located a few meters from the Torremarina shopping center, with everything you may need during your stay (Mercadona supermarket, shops, pharmacy, bars and wonderful restaurants where you can spend wonderful evenings).
The beach is a 10 minute walk away. It is advisable to have a car, to enjoy all the wonderful natural white sand beaches in the area.

The arrival is autonomous with electronic lock, they have physical keys inside. Payment is by PayPal and is total of the reservation. Reservations with a minimum of one day of arrival, check-in time 15:00, check-out at 11:00.
Cleaning costs €50 per stay. The beach is 900 meters away and the supermarket, bars, restaurants and pharmacies just 300 meters away.
A photocopy of documentation will be requested from each person staying.
Water and electricity are included as long as it is a normal expense. If this is not the case, the payment of said expense will be made.
