Beautiful kitchen island is connecting the kitchen area with the living room. There is a modern looking fireplace in the living room for chill romantic winter nights. The fireplace is smartly placed in the middle of the open plan space heating living room and kitchen equally.
Large terrace is thought to be a peace oasis in this apartment, in between sea views and green banana plants that are present as well in the community gardens one can relax on this sunny terrace hearing nothing but the sea. Barbecue is there as well for family and friends dinners.
There is a direct exit to the beach from the community. The communal pool and gardens comme with the most beautiful sea and beach views. The air con in the apartment is centralized throught the house and it is hot and cold (completesly new machine and system). The entrance door is a safety door. All details have been carefully thought. The whole flooring of the apartment is amazing 90 per 90 Essen porcelanic tile (terrace has the same tiles but in anti-slip version). High level reform with top quality materials has been done, all the electricity, plumbing etc. is new.
There is private parking in the community very close to the apartment. This gated community has the best location close to many amenities like pharmacy, bars, restaurants, 24 hours supermarket, shops, offices etc. that are all in the 2-3 minutes walking distance radius. This property is definitely worth of visiting.
From the community it is a ground floor (easy access) but once on the terrace it is elevated 1st floor (therefore the sea views). This apartment is rented per night or week in the summer months and in the winter months it can be rented either per night or week or for a monthly price (plus electricity and water). The winter months are from October to March.Feel free to ask us about pricing. We have more fines united in the same urbanization for rent (and for sale)!
