The apartment is rented for a short period in the summer months (price per night or week) and in the winter months it can be rented for several months in a row for a monthly price (from October to March). The urbanization is located about 500 meters from restaurants, supermarkets and bars and about 750 meters walk from the sandy beach called "Bombo Playa" in Cala de Mijas. A few minutes walk from the Bombo beach to the center of Cala de Mijas with a multitude of services, shops, clinics, schools, etc.
Fully furnished and ready to move into with towels, bedding, blankets, crockery and cutlery, unlimited WIFI, kitchen blender, TV with international programming and NETFLIX and much more. There is private underground parking and a lift to the second floor.
