The villa has beautiful vaulted ceilings with wooden beams, marble floors, underfloor heating, A/C throughout, a feature fireplace in the sitting room and lovely covered terraces for year round use. Downstairs in the basement there is another bedroom with kitchen for staff or teenagers, with plenty of extra space that can be used as a TV room, gym or simply storage. This basement area is accessed via stairs within the main house as well as external stairs for separate access if needed.
The tenants have access to the Marbella Club hotel's services if required. Utilities are to be paid for by the tenant as is garden and pool maintenance.
