The atmosphere of the place is enchanting - situated in a peaceful villa district surrounded by greenery, just a few steps away from Klamovka Park, Petrín, and Kinský Gardens. From the nearest Klamovka tram or bus stop, it's a 4-minute ride to Andel, where the metro station, shopping center, cinema, and an abundance of cafes and restaurants await. The apartment is cozy, comfortably furnished for both work and relaxation, and includes fast WiFi. A significant advantage is the opportunity to sit outside in the enclosed monastery courtyard, use the communal spaces within the building, or access the shared laundry facilities with washers and dryers in the basement of the building.
