The house is distributed on the ground floor, with a living room - dining room, a small but perfectly equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. First floor with a large en-suite room with a full bathroom and a single room. On the second floor we have the 3th double bedrooms with wardrobe and desk, as well as a magnificent terrace.
The house has a kitchen with everything you need to cook, Wi-Fi, TV and very pleasant spaces such as the living room or the terrace where you can relax.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
