If you're looking for a comfortable flat in the city of Funchal, this is the place for you. Located next to the Marítimo stadium, this fantastic flat has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living room and kitchen share the same space, with a balcony that lets you enjoy the sunlight and the beautiful flowers in the condominium garden. The swimming pool and children's playground are a plus that adds to the comfort of the space. The flat is equipped with everything you need to live, specifically a washing machine and tumble dryer, a dishwasher, 2 fridges with freezers, a coffee machine and a juicer, a toaster, a kettle and all the other essential kitchen utensils. There is no air conditioning. There is a car park and all bills are included in the rent, as well as weekly cleaning.
