Located in one of the iconic 3 Sisters heritage buildings on Adderley Street, our loft is the ideal central city stay.
There is a complete kitchen with all appliances, a full bathroom with shower/bath and a king size bed (extra length, high quality mattress). The living room area is separated in a sunken space and has a big tv. No load shedding (power cuts).
Step out into the Company's Gardens, museums, local galleries and top restaurants. You also have access to a choice of two rooftop pools - one with a bbq area, the other with a gym and laundry room. A garage space in the building (same floor as apartment) can be arranged extra for a monthly fee.
Work space: you can either work on the counter or sit at the fold out desk opposite the bed. If you prefer to work from a public space, there are several coffee shops around the building. You can also work by the pool and terrace (if you have your own wifi)

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
