This rustic house located on the famous Maiata beach in Porto da Cruz offers all the amenities so you can enjoy a peaceful holiday to the sound of the sea waves. The house is fully equipped with everything you could need and is ideal for families, groups of friends or even couples. The town of Porto da Cruz offers several services such as a small supermarket, a pharmacy and traditional bars and restaurants.
The house has a vast outdoor space ideal for relaxing, dining with access to complete outdoor furniture and a barbecue.

One of the characteristics that defines this town is also the offer of several water sports centers such as surfing, the brandy factory and also the saltwater swimming pools located in the center of the town.
In case of late check-in:
Check in until 10pm: free/no additional cost
Check in between 22:00 and 00:00 has an additional cost of €30
Check after 00:00 has an additional cost of €50

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
