The holiday apartment is just a few minutes walk from the tram stop, a couple of minutes' walk from Rifredi Railway Station, a 10-minute drive from the Fortezza da Basso convention centre and a 25-minute drive from Santa Maria Novella Railway Station. The centre with the Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Santo Spirito are about a 20-minute drive from here along with the better-known sites, of the Uffizi gallery, the Duomo, Piazza della Repubblica.
For some peace then guests should head to the Boboli Gardens, behind the Pitti Palace (a 25-minute drive) where you can spend an afternoon admiring the fountains and statues. Additionally, famous destinations such as Lucca, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, and Greve in Chianti are an ideal day trip: all about an hour`s drive from the vacation rental. Wine lovers should not miss the town of Montalcino (about 75 minutes away), where you can taste and buy the famous Brunello di Montalcino directly from the producers. For those who wish to cook, the Florence Central Market is worth a visit, about a 20-minute drive from here.
Florence`s international airport is just a 12-minute drive from the holiday apartment.
