The apartment is fully equipped to a high standard: a modern fitted kitchen with quality appliances including an oven, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee machine, wooden floors, electronic blinds, separate toilet, bathroom with shower, washing machine with dryer and steel security door. The apartment is also equipped with a wardrobe, a dining table, a bookcase, armchairs , desk, double bed and sofabed. The studio includes a spacious cellar suitable for storing all sports equipment. There is a fitness center, sauna and cafe right in the building.
SO-HO Rezidence offers urban living in a lively and trendy neighborhood, just 10 minutes drive from the historic city center. There are many gourmet restaurants from Czech traditional cuisine, through real Italian cuccina to street food in the nearby market, as well as DOX, the Center for Contemporary art, theatre scenes of all genres. There is a tram, metro and cycle path nearby. Walk across the footbridge to Karlín. Price includes everything (high-speed wifi internet, energy and water utilities. After agreement, parking can be arranged in additional cost.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
