Welcome to our luxurious Suite in the financial center of the city! Our Suite offers everything you need for a comfortable and high-quality stay. In addition to a comfortable bed, a dressing room, a full bathroom with a tub and a full kitchen, our Suite has a living room with a 3-seater sofa bed, HD plasma television with streaming services and a work area for those who need to work during their stay. Enjoy a stunning view of the city from the comfort of our Suite.
The building has excellent services, including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish free for our guests. We also offer a private parking lot upon availability. In addition, there is a washer and dryer in the building at your disposal.
Additionally, the Suite is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from La Carolina Park, Atahualpa Olympic Stadium, Quicentro Norte Shopping Center, and many local restaurants. You can easily reach these places on foot and others via nearby bus stops and the Quito metro.

If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 47 hours before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
