THE SPACE
The living room is spacious and cozy, furnished with all necessary conveniences including a TV, a dining table, and a comfortable sofa bed that can easily accommodate two people overnight. The kitchen is seamlessly connected to the living room and is equipped with amenities such as an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and other essential kitchen utensils to ensure your comfort. The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine.
The apartment is situated on the 1st floor.

GUEST ACCESS
Convenient self-check-in is facilitated through a key box near the apartment door. We will send check-in instructions a few days before arrival.

Please note that smoking and parties are strictly prohibited to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
If you would like additional services (parking, extra cleaning, equipment for children etc.), please let us know in advance. Charges may apply for these services.
In case you are a larger company of friends or a group, contact us, we can accommodate all of you in our Old Town apartments!

Deposit for stays over 6 months: 900.00 (EUR)
No Deposit for stays of less than 6 months!
If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
