The modern building is located in the center of the 6th district, on a pulsating street, but the apartment faces the inner courtyard, so it is quiet and free from street noise. The main center and the typical attractions of the city can be reached on foot from here.
The rooftop pool is a real experience in summer.
The purpose of furnishing the brand new apartment was to provide real comfort to my future guests. This inviting home sleeps 6 comfortably in the two bedrooms and living room.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
