1 spacious room (16sq meters) - with double bed (140*200) and sofa. All furniture are from IKEA.
LG smart TV on the wall, Gree AC which is also available to heat if you do not like gas heating.
Kitchen (6sq meters) is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, big fridge, microwave and hot plate (not yet on the photos). Plates, cutlery, mugs and glasses for 2 people.
Bathroom (3sq meters) has a built -in shower with electric water heater. Towels and bathroom carpet are included.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
