Le Huit in the lovely village of Mirepoix, in South-East of France, was imagined as a residency for artists, and includes everything a professional - would it be an artist or not -needs in terms of occomodation and work space. Located at 5 min. walking from the 13th century square of Mirepoix, Le Huit is a restored house, builded during the 1940`s, that has been rethinked as a space for artistic creation and temporary work.
The restored 115 square meter building includes now a full equipped groundfloor with a kitchen, a living room and a small back courtyard, a first floor with a 25m2 bedroom with a private bathroom; and a second floor with a 25m2 studio. The house can accommodate 2 people (4 people if necessary).
Conceived now as a place for art creation and professional focus, daylight fills every room and you`ll be able to create and work in a calm and cozy ambience, while connected to the intesive life of Mirepoix and its natural surroundings.

No Deposit for stays of less than 6 months!
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
