Here you can book the Deluxe room no. 1 situated on the second floor (first floor above the ground one). It has a lovely view of the yard, city and stars during nights. The villa has 5 rooms in total. If you want to book other rooms or the entire villa, kindly check my listings.
The space
The brand new three-story villa stands on a hill (Kodra e Priftit), surrounded by a huge courtyard that distances it from other apartments while offering peace. My husband and I live on the first floor, while the second and third floors have their own entrance for our visitors. The view of the city lights and the starry sky during the nights will leave you breathless. If you are looking for an escape from city or just to relax with you family, this is the space you are looking for.

No Deposit for stays of less than 6 months!
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
