You'll also be close to many points of interest: the Jardin des Tanneurs is just 2 minutes' walk away, Metz Cathedral is 13 minutes' walk away, and the St-Jacques shopping centre is 8 minutes' walk away. Art lovers will not be disappointed, as Metz's famous Centre Pompidou is a 20-minute walk away.
Metz train station is also a 20-minute walk away (or 8 minutes by car).
Free evening parking and secure car parks are located close to the flat.
The flat, located on the 2nd floor without a lift, is entirely private at the time of booking. You'll feel right at home: the warm decor and fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room will give you plenty of opportunity to share convivial moments with friends and family.
The flat is perfectly suited to 2 to 4 travellers, whether they are a family, professionals on a business trip or friends coming to enjoy the comfort of a fully renovated flat in Metz city centre.

The first physical entry to the premises is from 4pm and departure must be by 11am at the latest on the day of your departure.
Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive our house guide by e-mail, which will give you access (once you have pre-registered) to all the information you need to access the flat easily: how to get there, the code for the key box, etc.

If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 47 hours before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
