It is a traditional Spanish farmhouse, from which you can quickly access the beautiful beaches of Torremolinos, Guadalmar, Marbella and Fuengirola. The location of the house allows easy access to the main roads of the province of Malaga and Andalusia.
The center of Alhaurín de la Torre is nearby, offering a wide range of local shops for your daily needs, as well as supermarkets such as Lidl and Mercadona just a few minutes away.

**Interior Ground Floor:**
The interior of the house combines tradition and modern decoration touches. The entrance from the street takes us to a cozy living room with several sofas, television and a table to enjoy snacks while watching your favorite shows. Adjacent to the living room, there is a bedroom with a single bed, ideal for seniors who prefer to avoid stairs.
The large and equipped kitchen also functions as a dining room. A gas stove will allow you to prepare meals with a traditional touch. The kitchen has a pantry for storage and a bathroom with a shower.
**Interior Upper Floor:**
From the living room, a staircase takes us to the upper floor, where we find two bright bedrooms. One of them is very spacious, with a wrought iron balcony and beautiful views. This room has a double bed and enough space to store luggage. The other room offers views of Malaga and the Guadalhorce valley, with a single bed and a double bunk bed.
