Cozy and clean apartment in an attractive location close to 2 metro stations (3 minutes walk to Pankrác and Budejovická metro stations), close to shops, restaurants, Pankrác business district and Brumlovka business district. The Arkády Pankrác shopping center is a 3-minute walk from the house. The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator in a very quiet location. The window overlooks the quiet street and the garden of the opposite house. The apartment is very well equipped with TV, fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, bed linen, towels, dish towels, dishes, cooking utensils ....).
