You are going to stay in a community environment and with neighbors, you must maintain coexistence and community standards.
Ideal for families of up to 10 people, this beautiful accommodation is close to the Puerto Deportivo de la Duquesa Manilva and road connections that will make it easy for you to get to know the province of Malaga. Also, if you feel like driving a little further on comfortable roads, you can visit the Cadiz municipality of Algeciras and the beautiful town of Tarifa in less than an hour's drive.
Within a beautiful urbanization just 20 meters from the beach and with a direct connection to the area's promenade. You will enjoy beautiful and wide beaches with your family, very well-equipped beaches and, added to the proximity of the accommodation, you will fully enjoy your vacation. It has a parking space in a garage in a building near the accommodation.
You will have a beautiful covered terrace with beautiful outdoor furniture that will invite you to come in and create beautiful memories with your family. This space is connected to the living room that shares space with the fully equipped American kitchen.
